This is was a complex aesthetic case where the patient had an implant in the aesthetic zone. She had an existing implant with a temporary crown and some composite bonding done on the neighbouring teeth which was bulky and made to create symmetry however they were poorly done and executed.
We removed all existing composite bonding and replaced them with ceramic veneers on the those teeth along with a new ceramic crown on the dental implant to have bilateral symmetry on the front 4 teeth.
We also reduced the bulk on the teeth that the patient was unhappy about and gave her a a less bulky and more natural looking smile.
The final results in her smile were with teeth that look proportionate to her smile, face and the teeth not bulky and large with color mis-match.
